Reasons for this webpage

Dear visitor,

meanwhile seiler.IT exists since a couple of years. The domain was primary used as an email gateway, for helping me setting up email accounts with my surname.

While time passes by, I tried several designs and different content management systems. I started with Typo3, continued with blog systems, like Wordpress (combined with plugins for using as an CMS) and ended with my own creations based on PHP and a MySQL database.

By every relaunch I tried to make a "living" page with continued content development, but after a short time of euphoria in the beginning of each phase, I ended with stagnation in site improvement. The focus of seiler.IT was set to external content implementation.

Now, after a longer time period and a deadlock, seiler.IT got a completely new look and focus.
I will publish my own photos, I took with my Canon EOS 400D and popular science orientated text. I also like to present small projects I am working on.

I hope, the new orientation satisfies your demands.

I will add some information to this English version of my homepage after almost finishing the structure for the German one.

So please be patient and come back in a couple of weeks.
